Dear BICS Challenge Participant,
Now that BICS has reviewed all 140 received applications, we have decided to clarify three separate aspects of the Challenge. All three are important changes and we ask you to review the three major developments summarized herein. BICS is taking the Challenge through a significant paradigm shift.
